I believe the teacher be suspended with half his pay. We don't know how that rant he on came about. Some of these "kids" use more profanity than most adults. He might have been trying to get through to a knuckle head student and felt that's the only way to get through to them. The whole penis part I disagree with his choice of words, BUT ending careers for bad choice of words is a bit much. If mess with his pockets would be better lesson instead of firing him.
