I'm currently planning my wedding, Weddings are EXPENSIVE! I'm getting exactly what I want, but I'm not breaking the bank by making smart choices and spending economically. Yes, he's rich, but just because he has it, doesn't mean he has to spend it. A budget never hurt anybody. It's about the marriage, not solely the wedding! Why spend an exorbitant amount of money for ONE day?

If he has the power to put her on a budget, that means (1) he's paying for everything and (2) he sees that she's spending too much. Most people don't understand that after you get rich, you stay that way by not spending EVERYTHING! Aside from that, living that lifestyle has bills too so just like the rest of us, there has to be money to pay that stuff and its not like he has a job with a weekly or monthly salary. Yes, he gets big checks but that has to last because there is no actual guarantee that there is another one coming. What if a tour falls through or a movie doesnt do well...then Kev doesn't get paid. And remember also, that as a comedian/actor, he is his own business. So his employees, traveling to make things happen, sometimes promoting shows and other things he does......all of that comes out of his pocket.

The amount of money spent on the wedding shouldn't be important. The wedding is about the two becoming one. Not impressing your damn friends. Everyone already knows he has money and knows he would want nothing but the best for his family. The best doesn't always equal expensive. Ijs

A wedding is a day to remember,just like u have to remember that is a life to share with lots of bills to pay,being rich don't means u got no bills,their life style is way mote expensive than regular ppl's life,don't spend it all on a wedding,anyhow ppl will talk and say ohhhh Hart's wedding wasn't all that!
So u had spent all that money to fed them mf to talk hate about ut beautiful day,on my opinion,save ur money and spend it on u and ur boo.

If u don't give some women a budget on a wedding they will have people falling out of the sky. He has every right to put it within a budget. This is a help to her so she will know when to stop, as he says no matter what's missing, stop. .He is Kevin hart..so he knows this wedding will speak for him as well so he gave her more than enough already.

Its nothing wrong with Kevin giving her a budget for the wedding. Gary we are sick of hearing you wine about Kevin giving his fiance a budget for the wedding. At the end of the day its his money and he is entitled to do whatever he wants with it.

I don't think she shouln't be mad. Kevin works hard for his money. If she loves him and she's a real woman, she wouldn't go over broad with the wedding budget in the first place. She can be fabulous on a budget.

The budget, kind of knowing him from interviews, is most likely more than substantial. He seems like he really loves her and wants her to have the best, but at the same time he doesn't want to spend all of his 2014 earnings on it. Your wedding is a great memory to have but the day should be more about expressing and committing to the unconditional love shared, than impressing others around you. Plus I'm sure their honeymoon is going to be more than a split notion, but something of extravagance.
Yes, he should have a budget. You can have a beautiful wedding and not go over the budget. This is a one day event but you haft to live on the day after.

If she has 50% to contribute to match his budget dollars, ok, if not she should live with the budget or go to the court house. The more one spends on wedding is the higher the chances of divorce. Spend less, stay married longer.
