My schizophrenic alcoholic brother with a seizure disorder lived on the streets despite attempts of family and governmental agencies to help because "good deed doers" enabled him by giving him money and food. His health suffered terribly. His family worried constantly. It took years of work and constant phone calls until Adult Protective Services made him a ward of the State and placed him in a long term care facility.

sometimes I do. I was down and out but made an absolutely awesome comeback.
If I can I'll help out the homeless if they look appear to be trying and know there's always HOPE!!!
