Should the Winnipeg Folk Festival ban headdresses?

Funny how people aren't banned from wearing viking gear at the Icelandic Festival in Gimli. Or how people are allowed to dress up in german garb for Oktoberfest. Many other cultures choose to SHARE their culture with us, instead of imposing on us the customs they choose, demanding money and breaks on jobs and education, and throwing fits anytime they get offended by something. Guess what? Folk Fest isn't an aboriginal ceremony, so people should be able to wear whatever they choose. This is the country of choice. People can choose to wear/say/do as they please, and others can choose to be offended. But just because you're offended, it doesn't mean you're right.
