How certain are you that when you die you will go to heaven?

I am too great a sinner and I believe I have no chance of entering heaven.

I am lost and I do not know where I would be when I die.

I am doing good works and i am hoping that I will be accepted in heaven.

I am trying to keep all the commandments and am hoping that at the end i will be accepted in heaven.

I believe in Jesus but still I do not know if I am saved.

I have accepted Jesus by faith and I am sure that I am saved and will go to heaven when I die.
