Is this an appropriate judicial remedy to address systemic abuses by the police?

This is a great idea and an appropriate remedial step.

This is a well intentioned step but ultimately an ineffective exercise in public relations.

This does nothing without holding law enforcement accountable.

This does nothing without holding the policy makers responsible when they enabled law enforcement abuses in the first place.

It is a step in the right direction, but law enforcement and policy makers both should be held accountable.

This is a bad idea.
