How careful should I be about restricting what I post here?

Stick to your books and your writings even if that means that posts are few and far between.

If it's interesting, throw it in, but do try to keep from going overboard!

Whatever floats your boat, but keep those posts coming. A blog that's updated once in a Blue Moon is a dead blog!
