david slater should get rights and any and all money,he paid for his trip there paid for the camera,and filmno one would have these pics if it wasnt for david,so if he dont win this somethings even more wrong w our laws than i thought.i cant believe any one would even dispute this and say the money will be saved for peta,ya ok. who u all trying to kid.

If PETA wants to file a federal case on behalf of the monkey then perhaps the photographer should file charges against the monkey for theft.
