I believe tipping subsidizes the owners not the staff. Imagine if everyone who worked could pay their own way because they made a living wage, like in Austraila!

I wouldn't mind but maybe just to skeptical as I don't know if the increase would truly be reflected in the employees wages. Skeptical as with aging one learns to trust less and less.
