How do you think IndyCar could have handled the announcement of the Boston race?
IndyCar did nothing wrong. They took the word of the promoter that everything had been worked out.
Instead of announcing the race as early as they did, IndyCar should have done its own due diligence to make sure that all details had been worked out. then announce it when the schedule is released.
IndyCar should have left the Boston race off the schedule and then added the race later when everything was finalized.
IndyCar should have delayed the release of the schedule until Boston was finalized.
