It's a Lil bit of both. I was very upset listening to the audio. No matter the age you shouldn't post things like that online. You discipline your child behind closed doors. Its not for the world to award you on your patental skills. This is just a very sensitive subject.

That man had no business doing that Yea it is abuse and that's no type of discipline that's 110% abuse that kid should have get whooped but he took that too for with the power he had and it was really wrong and dumb to put that on facebook
