so enjoyed this show and hope it comes back to one of our regular channels that does not cost to watch. Did pay for this year but probably will pass if it comes back on a channel not on our schedule. I'd hate to miss more of the story of all these awesome stars, but I will if it means having to pay extra again. Sorry!

Loved the show. Hated the ending. Great music. So many shows out there to cancel. Why Nashville???? Finally a series with no guns, no bad language , , great actors and great story.
Please bring back the show. Always looked forward to watching Nashville.
Best part of a country fans day.

Hey producers! We loved the show from day one, loved the music loved the drama, but a cliffhanger ending 21st episode! That sucks! Ok you're waiting for another network to pick it up for a season 5, do hurry up and fill it with lots of country music and songs from the only place in the world.....Nashville!

  • Cat - 8 years ago

I watched Nashville for the first three seasons and LOVED it. Then it changed and the focus seemed to shift away from music to a more soap opera format. I don't like soap operas and while I realize that country music tends to focus on the ups and downs of life like soap operas do, I want to be entertained by something that is entertaining and TAKES my focus off of real life. Which is why I don't watch soap operas and why I stopped watching Nashville, halfway through it's third season. I started watching the series finale but stopped midway through and now that I've read the ending. I'm glad I didn't waste time watching it all. BLECH!

MY FAVORITE SHOW CANCELLED AND SUCH AN UNEWSOLVES ENDING. I HATE IT. PLEASE BRING NASHVILE BACK.

  • Clara Bennett - 8 years ago

I have watched NASHVILLE from the beginning and was an extra in the early days. I don't understand why everyone is so upset about the finale. IF they had paid attention they would have know that the truly loyal fans aka "NASHIES" have been hard at work to save the show on another network.
If there hadn't been that cliffhanger people would loose interest and no network would pick up the show.
Also, knowing in real life, Hayden Panettiere was still having ppd issues, therefore, if the show is picked up, Hayden might need more time before she is ready to start filming.
Cliffhanger makes perfect sense to me. @#NASH #1 FAN......BRING BACK NASHVILLE

Hope Juliet doesn't die and stays on the show... and please don't terminate the show... I watch it from Lebanon imagine this series reached middle East !!!! So happy with the final episode gunner and Scarlett are in love again... and everything turned out to be problem solved to everyone... love it!!!

I can't believe ABC would cancel such a good show for what? And to leave the end as they did, just plane crazy. We didn't need a cliffhanger that would never be shown. You people at the top wake up and hear what we the people are saying. DON'T CANCEL.

  • Danada - 8 years ago

Please bring this show back! Great show, actors and musical talent. My favorite and that of so many others.

  • Edith - 8 years ago

I am so so so very disappointed in the cancellation of Nashville. Love the show

  • Joanna - 8 years ago

So upset with this cancellation! It's one of the only shows that my husband I both liked to watch together! And I totally hated the ending with a cliffhanger, thinking that it will never be resolved. Please bring back Nashville! And I am a person that NEVER posts stuff online! This really upset me!

  • David Dorrough - 8 years ago

I hated the ending so I googled it and found out that the show has been cancelled. Really? WTF is up with that? I am sooo pissed off at ABC. I looked forward to seeing the show each and every week, and to have it cancelled like this really sucks big time. Time to boycott ABC and their sponsors,

Nashville has been one of my favorite television shows. Great, interesting characters and wonderful music. I was shocked at its cancellation and would love to see it back again.

The finale was rushed; I kept looking at the clock and thinking, how can they finish all the plot lines? Very happy to see Rayna, Deacon, and Mattie back together, Layla's treachery revealed, and finally, Scarlett and Gunnar together! Good for Will, too. But the ambiguity of Juliet's fate prevented me from sleeping last night! She and Avery have been through hell.

Maybe it is a sign that the show will be brought back, or an effort to show that not all endings are happy.

I totally loved this show. So saddened that it is ending. I know it's a long shot to think someone else will pick it up, but one can always hope. I felt the finale was too thrown together and not very satisfying for all us fans who have been loyal to the show for 4 years. And just a one hour finale gave no time for proper closure for any of the characters. I felt cheated. I will so miss this show. There are too many sci fi shows, too many reality shows, too many comedies and not enough dramas anymore. Will miss you Nashville!

When I watched the last episode, I can see since this was the series finale, they tried to tie up a lot of loose ends. Even though Maddie asked to go back home, I would love to see how Rayna and Deacon would have dealt with Cash and Frankie (her daddy). I would love to see Maddie throw her temper tantrum towards Cash, who totally manipulated Maddie and I would love to see Frankie get his comeuppance. Also, would love to see the fallout, if for some reason Juliette Barnes survived a plane crash (I know they left us hanging with that storyline.) Layla was a manipulative skank. She deserved everything Also, I can't stand Autumn Chase, so hopefully if the show is picked up, she is totally written out. Anyway, I do hope this show is picked up by another network.

OK folks....What's with these subpar finales???? Most of this was predictable and obviously the story was not ready to end so this felt more like another weekly episode and NOT a finale. Appears that there was a quick decision to end this series and a quick rewrite was done for this episode. Seemed to end to abruptly and at least the network could have given us a 2 hr. Finale and not Founding Nemo movie. The only thing I got our of this was a strong set up for "Juliette" to have a spinoff of a show devoted to her.

I only hope that his is a "cliff hanger" for another season. Otherwise, it was a mean trick for all Nashville's fans. This is one of the BEST shows on TV. I recently went to their live concert in Boston. Awesome. PLEASE RENEW NASHVILLE. Otherwise, I hated the ending!

  • Donna - 8 years ago

Please, Please #bringnashvilleback!!! I love this show....great characters, stories and music. Did not like having a cliff hanger for a series finale but hopefully that means it may come back somewhere. Fingers crossed for the many, many fans!!! Can we get a button to wear at CMA Fan Fest coming up in June that shows our support for the show?

  • J - 8 years ago

There are a lot of shows on Wednesday nights that I like but instead of watching them, I record them, so that I can watch Nashville. I've been a fan since the beginning and although this season, the story line has gotten a bit off, these last few episodes have been good. I like the characters and what they bring to the show. i'm sad to see the way that it ended last night and hope that another network will pick it up...There's a lot of story left to the show!!

  • Dick Ziegenfuss - 8 years ago

It mostly worked for me. I wonder how it would have ended if it were the season finale and not the series finale.

  • sam spade - 8 years ago

The ending was a let down to the fans who enjoyed the series - it should of had a happy ending - this was just plain cynical and a cheap attempt to get the show renewed somewhere - they let down the fans and loyal viewers

  • nancy - 8 years ago

I loved this show and hate to see it end, especially leaving the impression that Juliette's plane crashed which wasn't verified, so bring it back, please, please, please !!!

  • Tressa - 8 years ago

I hate the show is ending I want to see what happens to Juliet barns I love her music and her soul who can I call to get the show back on

  • Linda - 8 years ago

I love this show, Cant believe its over. not a fan of the ending leaving us hanging. Great music and story line wish it was here to stay.

  • Brenda - 8 years ago

Get this show back on air. We need to know what happens with Juliette.
She turned into such a good person, and that should be rewarded rather than terminated.

  • JoAnn - 8 years ago

I love this show. The actors and writing is top notch. I do hope they are picked up by another network. I could be completely wrong but I am curious if the gay story line had anything to do with the ratings decline. I hope I am wrong. I have to say congratulations to the writers for the excellent writing of possibly the last show. They tied up several lose ends and yet left it open enough for another season full of storylines. And Juliette's possible fate - right out of a country song (and movie)! NASHVILLE fans - get loud so they hear us!!! #saveNashvillenow

  • DARLENE GABRIELSON - 8 years ago

I love COUNTRY MUSIC in my life. Nashville gave me great joy every Wednesday Night and I wold sit in my bed just watching the clock till it was on. I figure it doesn't mean much to the GIANT BIG WIGS what NASHVILLE gave or even bought to people such as I and many more like me who don't have much left in our Cancer ridden life to enjoy but then comes along a show like Nashville that brightens one night each week of joy and a love of a COUNTRY STORY AND THE PLAYERS IN IT .AS BIG WIGS ONLY THINK OF MONEY AND HOW MUCH THEY MAKE OR NOT MAKE BACK NASHVILLE AND DO NOT CANCEL IT AND IF ANY OTHER NETWORK SEES AND READS THIS TEN PLEASE PICK NASHVILLE UP AND LIGHT UP MANY LIFES AND HEARTS.

  • lily - 8 years ago

I hope if they continue the show they will keep Juliette...she's the main character...bring some happiness back to the show.

  • Beverly Craft - 8 years ago

My favorite show - tremendously sad...the finale was a return to what really made the show great to begin with. I hope they get picked up - but if not - thanks for the ride and I am going to make sure I get all 4 seasons to replay over and over and over again..

  • Mara - 8 years ago

I am very sad about the cancellation of Nashville. I do not watch too much T.V., and look forward every Wednesday evening to watch Nashville. I just love the show - awesome show. I am so disappointed that I have been crying since I heard about the cancellation last week. I gave the finale a "not so good" rating because it left us Nashville lovers hanging, wanting more and desperately wanting the show to continue another season. All I can really say to sum up my feelings about tonight's show and the cancellation is that as far as I'm concerned, there is still more episodes to create and be seen, and leaving the audience sad and bewildered with the way it ended is just unbelievable. What in the world is ABC thinking - when it cancels a GREAT SHOW, with wonderful characters and story-line. I just don't understand why good shows are cancelled and junk remains on the air. The singing, characters, story-line and just everything about the show was GREAT. IT NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT BACK ASAP - REALLY IT DOES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jean vance - 8 years ago

Nashville was a great show! It had everything. I can't believe the ending with Juilette dying!! Why couldn't it had ended on a happy note, since it's being cancelled anyway? These stupid relaity shows a on forever, and then they cancel a show that is so popular and had everything!! I'm so mad at the network, I'm done with them!!!!!!! BRING BACK NASHVILLE!!!!!!!!

  • CA Stevenson Allen - 8 years ago

Loved this show. Was shocked that it was not returning next season. It was the perfect combination of good music and good story.

  • Diane - 8 years ago

So hate to see this show end. Looked forward to it so much and loved every minute. Felt like I knew the characters personally. And especially loved the music combined with the story line. Please bring it back!
