Why do you think millennials seem to stay home-bound?

A - The job market isn't stellar right now.

B - Student loans are killing them.

C - They want to spend time with their parents.

D - They're lazy, or too absorbed in their phones.

E - They lack aspiration and avoid careers.

F - The rent is too damned high!

Unfortunately many also don't want to give up the type of housing they are used to. They don't know how to (or don't want to) put in the work needed to make a cheap apartment liveable.
