Whatever happened to glass? Kids are forever slippery and she had 4+ with her. At the very least, that Kid was getting lost in the crowd.

The parent AND the zoo are responsible for what happened to that little boy.

I have pictures from the first time I took my nephew to the zoo and one was in front of the gorilla exhibit and it does look like something a kid could get over easily. So while I do think the parents should have paid more attention I think the real question is how zoos can make the exhibits accessible to the public but harder to get into.
