Horribly disappointed that the show was not renewed. I'm a physician, I know the difference between reality and hope, but this show brings out the best and the worst of the characters, and it brings out tears and joy in my heart and ey horribly disappointed that this show was not renewed. "Pure Genius" is a sophisticated, inspiring medical show that has a fresh approach. The actors play brilliant, diverse medical people who are dedicated to saving lives. This is on a higher level than the usual medical shows. It's a regular choice in our home and should be RENEWED.

Absolutely the best show I have ever watched. To finally watch a show that is uplifting and just makes you feel good after watching! Is amazing!!!

Love the show but music SO loud you have a hard time hearing the dialogue. Tone it down some please.

Of COURSE he's motivated by personal reasons!! So are 100% of the people in the world. I know SO many counselors/psychologists/etc and guess what? They ALL originally got into helping people because they wanted to fix themselves! Being personally motivated does NOT negate a person's desire to help others. I am SO sick of hearing that! All the bakers I know got into it because they personally liked to cook. I WANT a mechanic working on my car who LIKES doing that. Personal motivation can still benefit others, so quit slinging that ridiculous notion around. I love the show! Dude has money and wants a cure, so he helps others get medical treatments otherwise not available to them in the process of getting his own cure. What's wrong with that?! Batman is a favorite hero and guess what? Personally motivated. All of this is just being good: benefitting others, too, and not ONLY focusing on yourself. There is nothing wrong with you benefitting, too. Let's just enjoy the show and see if Dude gets his cure, gets the girl, and maybe learns a few social skills, too.

I think "Pure Genius" shows so much promise! I can hardly wait to see what comes next . I laughed. I cried. My imagination expanded…and I hoped!!

Why Not. I watched the show and feel that why don't the billionaires of the world do this. Mankind and medicine need this. If it cab be on tv, then it a CAN be done.

I watched this show with tears and smiles. I am an MS patient and have no treatment options right now. Tho a cure may not come in my lifetime, something like this makes us think there is hope for all types of diseases and will inform us on conditions we never even heard of. I googled GSS right after seeing the show. I wish this show a lot of success. I will watch every show!! Way to go CBS!!!
