Which team will have the best starting rotation in MLB in 2017?

Blue Jays staff led the AL in ERA last year with Stroman having a poor first half and with Dickey on board. Stroman has figured it out, and Dickey has been replaced by an effective Liriano who knows how to pitch to Martin. The other three starters, Sanchez won the era title and is only getting better ( check him off on your Cy young box) Happ and Estrada are coming off all star worthy years, and there is no reason for regression (no more than another team)
This staff is as good top to bottom as any.

Indians should not be ahead of the mets who probably have the 2nd or 1st highest ceiling for their pitching rotation this season. Syndergaard will likely be a cy young award candidate. I would argue that the mets have 4-5 starting other pitchers that have the potential for an era below 3. Matz had a sub 3 era before he had the bone spur. If Harvey's finger numbness indeed was the cause for much of his struggles last season he can be sub 3. Finally, both Lugo and Gsellman have the possibility of being sub 3 era pitchers if they can continue their pitching form at the end from the end if last season

The Ny Mets staff if healthy is no doubt #1 in the league with Boston and Washington way behind.

If a team has 3 of 5 starters picked out, and two of them have only had one sub 4.00 ERA (combined) since 2014 (Yankees), I don't think they should be ahead of a team (Mariners) who have all 5 of their starters picked out.

The Nats over the Mets. Don't know what you are thinking.
