As an ex law enforcement officer. That was a great reaction by the first officer. He kept his distance, was pretty polite, and waited for backup. The officers could ran up on them as a group and thu the kids on the ground, or hit them, or maced them. No shots fired, thank god. Kids cooperated!!! A gun call is ALWAYS handled very seriously. There is a video online of a little white kid in the 90's who had 15 guns on him including a shot gun and no one knew it.
