There isn't a good reason not to require that children be vaccinated so they don't endanger others. Just do it.
Vaccines are not tested for carcinogenicity, mutagenicity or if they cause fertility issues. Not one. The Supreme Court ruled vaccines "unavoidably unsafe". If you are harmed you can not sue the vaccine manufacturer. If you think that something that every man woman and child should be subjected to shouldn't have to be studied for cancer, I think you need to question your belief system since in 2015 there were nearly 16,000 newly diagnosed childhood cancers. If a vaccine company makes a mistake and I can't sue them for harming me or my child, there is something wrong with that.
Those that think injecting foreign substances into a new born has zero consequences, you really need to do more study. It's flat out awful what we are doing to our children. Our children are the sickest in not just the world but in all of the history of humanity.
Until liability protection is removed from vaccines, we will never know if they are truly safe. Remove the protection and in a matter of weeks or months you will see what is safe. For or against? Doesn’t matter...The town that I live in cannot make a rule that contradicts a prexisiting law without changing the law at the level that it was put in place for.
Example: The state speed limit in my district is 55mph but the mayor of my town sends a letter out to everyone with a drivers license and says if you want to drive through my district then you have to drive 25mph. And if you are caught driving over 25mph then you will be forced to leave my district until you comply with my new speed limit. This cannot happen, legally. If you are unlawfully removed from the district then a nice little lawsuit will happen. Watch.

Vaccines are not safe for many, many people and when there is risk, people must have a choice. The US Constitution should protect our civil liberties. You who want to vaccinate anyway,

I wish that both sides would stop fear mongering. Here are the facts. Are there minor risks with vaccines? Yes. Some people will have a reaction. The vast majority of those reactions are minor. But someone people will have a reaction to peanuts too. Should all people avoid peanuts? (And that would be reasonable because there are no necessary benefits to peanuts). The risk of not getting a vaccine is significantly higher, and it gets higher with the increase in anti-vaccine campaigns. In this generation, is it likely your child will get Polio from not getting a vaccine? Probably not, but the virus is still out there. What happens when the number of unvaccinated individuals increases? The risk increases. The "chemicals" in vaccines sound scary because the majority of us don't go to medical school (and real medical school, not a "chiropractic college." That's not medical school.) People who actually study vaccines and create them know the purpose behind each ingredient and carefully study the amounts they put in the body. Each ingredient has a purpose, and the amounts are low when compared to the amounts we encounter naturally. Get out of your echo chamber, and do REAL research (Hint: if you can read this research on a regular website or blog, it's not research. Go to medical journals, and good luck understanding them without a medical degree.)

You are not disallowed from school in PA if you do not have vaccination. Pennsylvania allows all three types of exemptions. You can get a personal, religious, or medical exemption and still be allowed in school.

No shot, no school, NOT true. Vaccines are not mandatory for school attendance. The National Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (enacted by the US government) declared that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. Since the government knows vaccines are unsafe, why should anyone be required to get them?
If people are so for kids having to be vaccinated, if they are so certain they work, then why be afraid of a kid that has no vaccinations ?
