£150 fine is not enough. Min £150 and tben dependant on the worth of tbe offender increase it plus community order picking up litter.

As a community litter picker I agree with any way of reducing the incidence of litter. Fines should be directed into a campaign of anti litter as in the days of "keep Britain tidy" not just general coffers
