Why does EC not disqualify the BJP selected parliament secretaries in Chattisgarh with similar urgency ? And also similar PS who are holding office of profit in other BJP/Congress states ?

APP has already clarified that they were not holding any office of profit instead were doing charity. But present day politician don't understand this as they are in politics to make profit by corrupt means. If these MLAare disqualified then they are going to be elected with big margin. Expenses for election will be the waste of public money and EC will get bad name. Bharat Mataki Jai.

Modi and shah is fearing .That is why they r doing such type of incident. In haryana bjp 6 MLA should also disqualify. But they will not do. They can digest the winning power of common man. High court should hear and give decision very honestly. Bharat mata will also happy.

Office of profit in all states, why disqualifying only AAP MLA's. It is applicable for all states. President and EC is aware about it. Why not taking action on other states. The only party doing some good work in the state. Every India should raise their voice and to destroy all corrupt politicians and administrators.

PS are in every state and they get salary and all the benefits of a minister. But in case of AAP they didn't got any salary nor any vehicle even then they are disqualified and President did that on Sunday holiday.
No doubt the 4 SC judges came out for Democracy was totally justified in this Vendetta politics which brings suspicion on the constitutional institutions itself, jai hind!
