How shall we proceed in determining the greatest American band of all-time?
Continue the contest as is, with unlimited voting. Bob Seger and Aerosmith are greater bands than Prince and Bruce Springsteen.
Disband the contest altogether. We were never meant to know who the greatest American band is as the argument is purely subjective. “The Greatest American Band” is, and shall forever remain, a mystery.
