Was the Supreme Court of Canada right to rule against TWU because of its community covenant?

IF it is, in fact, God's Covenant then who better to enforce it than Him or Her! I detest asparagus, so it's not only okay for me to refuse to buy or consume it, but I can advocate that others can't either?? You are well within your rights to believe and follow whatever you think is ordained for you BUT when you start telling others how they can live their life, you have crossed the line! Let's say you graduated from TWU with a law Degree while you have been taught that being gay or being intimate outside of marriage is wrong then you have been preprogrammed and are incapable of offering the same legal representation TO ALL CLIENTS! Separation of Church and State must also apply to the laws of the land. As a side note I did get quite a chuckle when it was revealed TWU wanted to specialize in Charity Law !!
