We are a large city that needs services. We cannot afford more cuts. We have seen our crime rates increase drastically and our infrastructure suffer. Of course we would all love to see More taxes to businesses like Enbridge who’s CEO makes roughly 4m a year, but non the less we can’t afford more cuts.

How about the Mayor and council members cut there wages and quit spending our money foolishly to make up the deficit instead of cutting services to the people.

I say dip into rainy day fund then do a better job of managing $ and quit blowing it on pointless expenses such as “art work”. I already pay huge property taxes.

Increase tax for homes above, say, $800,000 taxable value but not for others. I would be one of the payers, by the way....
