Do you think the "new" Katy Freeway has helped ease traffic?
The construction was worth every penny! Total improvement.
Slight improvement in my travel time.
My travel time is about the same.
My travel time is worse now that the Katy Frwy has been widened.
No improvement; It was a total waste of tax payer dollars.
