Any laws made where guns are involved would have absolutely no effect. The people that need to be stopped already don’t care about laws because they are already using tools (guns, knives, bats, hands, cars....) to commit acts that are already illegal. The laws don’t matter at all because the crime is being committed by people who are broken between the ears and don’t care.
