Hard to tell... With Luna and Celestia it's the opposite case for me (as I'm a Celestia fan instead of Luna fan), but I pretty much like their sisterhood. Despite being royalty, their relationship is pretty much realistic.
I also love Scootaloo and Rainbow, despite they're not related, I count them anyway.
Fluttershy and Zephyr and Flim and Flam are actually siblings I'd LOVE to see more of.

Kinda bummed the poll doesn't have Spike/Twilight or Dash/Scootaloo as options, but I guess we're going with official blood relations here.
Still, why isn't Big Mac listed with AJ and Applebloom? Talk about a snub.

It seems the majority of people see Luna and Celestia as the best siblings. They are like Kain and Abel except they get along toward each other thanks to Twilight Sparkle.

To be fair to Seth and the rest of the EqD staff, Hasbro/DHX never said Spike and Twilight were siblings. And the newest episode pretty much cements that they aren't.

when it comes to their relationship, the apples are the best. but as an elder sister myself, i find rarity and sweetie belle a more relateable and realistic representation of sisterhood.
