Coeliac Disease should be classed as a DISEASE officially. Abt 30 years ago a vote was taken about this. It was suggested that people wouldn’t get employment so all voted against it. I have diabetes and more and I have never had a problem getting work. It has to be officially recognized to gain recognition.

Medical Or GP card - anyone with auto-immune diseases should be supported with this.

When eating in restaurants, there are so many opportunities for the chefs and waiting staff to make an error however would it not be a good idea if a different coloured plate was used to what the general public are using so that it highlights to a number of staff that this particular meal is different and more care needed. Serving staff bringing out 2 plates of similar looking food often mix them up when placing in front of the diners and it can have awful consequences.

My daughter recently soend a few nights in hospital . Her food she could have was very limited. On the saturday morning for her breakfast all she could have was bread and butter because they had no toaster bag for her. The kitchen ladies were very nice but didnt really understand the croos contamination . There should be courses about this .

I would love if we could just get a fixed tax allowance per year or coeliac in the household. It's a pain tracking receipts across multiple stores and I don't trust the automatic statements. I'd prefer an allowance of e.g. €1,000 (by that I just mean automatic assumption that you spend that much and get tax relief on it without receipts).

Food prices are too high for the gluten free options & taste doesn't even seem to come into it.

For eating food to be easier. For the folks providing gluten free food to taste it. We still have taste buds and for them to understand that wheat free doesnt mean gluten free. And that its a proper illness not a diet fad. No more huffs of annoyance ir eye rolls when being asked if its gluten free.

I would like people to understand that people who say they are Gluten Free may not all be Ceoliac and being diagnosed Ceoliac is an illness needing careful management of the food eaten by them.

Very expensive to get gf food. Thanks to the lower cost supermarkets for making it cheaper but not cheap enough
