I'm guessing that means that one in four adults (aka the parents who birthed the children) must also live in poverty.
Thanks for the scare tactic, but stop milking "children" when its really a cross-generational age-blind issue affecting the parents raising the children just as much if not MORE so for the adults, (as parents tend to give up what little they have themselves to provide for their kids.)
