I don't know why this would bother the people of Vancouver. The majority of the people in the lower mainland hate pipelines so I don't see the need to restore full service for awhile. 2 weeks without the Trans Mountain would shake things up. Perhaps that is next. It is 60 years old.

D ???? You mean the pipeline for crude bitumen oil going to China that even if it was approved wouldn’t be completed for 5 years ? How would that effect the prices today ??? Goof !
