What is your opinion about Valve repair surgery in Rheumatic valve disease ?
I agree to large extent .Atleast 50 % of avescanbe salvaged if we have commitemnt and motivation and a concern for the patient .
No its not adviabel.Valve repalcmet is as good .they are durable .anf ggood care is all ths t neccsaary. .
I will love to do it atleast in few aptients
No its a futile excerics .I wont even attmet it .
