Caroline Bower, Farragut volleyball: Bower had with 18 kills, 17 digs, two assists, five blocks and 12 points and was key in her teams three set Regional Tournament win over the District 4-AAA tournament champions, Oak Ridge. Capturing this win advanced the Lady Admirals to the Sub-State match.

Kailey Keeble, Heritage volleyball: Keeble Helped lead Heritage by Knoxville West and Farragut for first Regional Volleyball win since 2002. Keeble then had 23 kills, 23 assists and 26 digs in a victory over Morristown East in the sub-state round, which put Heritage in the first state tournament for volleyball in the school's 40 year history.

Madilyn Newman, L & N STEM golf: Newman placed 3rd over all at the TSSAA Small School golf State Championship and with Tuesday’s performance she was tied to 2nd with 3 over. Newman lead L & N to their first team appearance at State and their first placement, since their inception in 2007 as a team or individual.
