I vote YES based on the fact that it's an offence to cast the odor from your property currently. I dont think people should be forced to smoke within their homes only especially with children around. People have places they can go to drink together, why not designate a spot where adults can use cannibas together. After all, beside medicinal reasons, it is a social thing for most.
