How satisfied are you with the current European short-selling regulations?
Satisfied, we are able to easily report our short positions within the specified time and find the thresholds workable
Not satisfied, we find that the reporting times are too tight and the thresholds for position changes are too sensitive
It's very challenging, we find it hard to obtain accurate share information within tight time constraints
It needs serious reform, due to a lack of centralised reporting, we find the fragmented EU regime to be very onerous and at times unworkable
