Should You Work with Cut in Your Finger?

Yes, why not? Life is full of risks anyway.

No. I don't want to catch any nasty bugs like herpes.

Yes and no. I will change a plaster before each patient if I have a small cut in my finger. If the cut is bigger, I will not work.

Yes and no. I am a dental nurse, so if I get to decide I wouldn't work. But the dentist expects me to or I don't get paid, so I will work.
