We're unaffected as we manage a Cayman fund marketed into the EU using NPPR/have no European investors

We plan on renting a ManCo provider in Dublin/Luxembourg/Malta

We are setting up our own ManCo in the EU

We plan on establishing an office in the EU

Given the political turmoil, we're still waiting for more clarity before finalising our plans
