Getting rid of Alshon Jeffery, while talented he was selfish and always wanted out of Chicago, good riddance. He also missed a significant amount of games due to questionable self-training and PEDs. He never ever volunteered to engage in team training and activities. He only showed up when it was absolutely mandatory.

Can't point to just one, there's been many many great moves.. Trading up for biscuit, drafting everyone lol, Nagy and Fangio totally and I would say acquiring Mack was a pivotal move that just changed the overall attitude of not only the defense but the team as a whole with his play and leadership.

Khalil made a #10 overall defense last year, to #1 this year !
Best move By Pace, and to be honest with you, the best move EVER in Chicago Bears hist !

Yea there's nothing better than picking up Nagy and resigning Fangio. I think it should be his main focus...keeping Nagy-fangio.

Acquiring Khalil Mack made them a Super Bowl contender, but Ryan's recent drafting of Tarik Cohen, James Daniels, Anthony Miller and Eddie Jackson, all outside of the first round is impressive.

Khalil Mack was the most best move did Ryan pace in his general manager position as far this year because now the Raiders get a higher pic and we get a pro bowl-caliber linebacker and we're in the playoffs due to his presence plus he makes a good defense the best defense go Bears

Matt Nagy should be at the top of the list. Leadership starts at the top. To be able to turn a franchise around and keep them focused as a whole is a whole new dimension in Bear football.

Coach Nagy by far and then bringing back coach Vic!! I can say without question they have rekindled the Bear tradition of solid defense and good offensive play without turnovers.

It has to be signing Hicks, or drafting an injury prone Jackson(in college), or drafting a 5 ft nothing player from a small school in the 2nd round. All the other choices are “no brainers”

Keeping Vic Fangio was by far his best move.

It’s like a kid in a candy store staring at all the options not being able to pick one. But I’ll go with Tarik because he’s such a well rounded weapon for Coach. Matt Nagy should be on this list!!!!
