Get rid of him! No team can contain his ego, especially Pittsburgh where there is very little discipline from Tomlin or Rooney!

You can't allow discontented, frustrated players to bring down the whole team. From what I hear he's argued with and actually struck out at leadership. Bad for Steelers and not good for him as a human being. Hope lessons can be taken by all.

Above all, football is a team sport. While all teams have players with different skill levels, a championship team blends them all together into one cohesive unit. AB's ego appears to be so great that he can't repair the damage that he has created (over the lat few years) to that cohesion. Everyone believes that he would rather have a statistically fantastic performance while the team loses, rather than have a subpar performance with a team win. That's the heart of the issue. How can he convince the front office, coaches, teammates, and fans that he places the success of the team above his own personal stats? Indeed, it appears that AB's ego is too vast to allow him to mend the fences that he has damaged if not totally destroyed.

Everyone has and will make mistakes. He works hard and has helped the Steelers win a lot of games. He deserves the chance to make amends with the team and the fans.

Love Our Steelers. Hate the arrogance of AB. To be a team you have to be all in together. He gotta go.
