How would you grade the Reds' offseason?

I don't understand the thinking of taking "serviceable" starting pitchers from successful teams and expecting them to succeed on a lousy team. The Reds are not the Dodgers, Yankees, or Nationals, and i believe that Wood, Roarke and Gray will not enjoy their stay here. I am pretty much a lifelong Reds fan, but they have become truly too painful to watch. It isn't enjoyable baseball any longer. They must have organizational issues that go far deeper than just the manager. I currently live in KC, and i was watching Billy Hamilton play for the Royals last night. At the plate, he looks like a different hitter than he did with the Reds. Billy, and Drew Stubbs before him, were talents that the Reds simply could not develop. Hope there is better luck with Senzel.

I like the Cincinnati Reds. They have excellent front office personnel. The like to fart and I respect that.
