Keuchel will sign for the rest of 2019 and then go back into the market next winter. He made a mistake by rejecting a one year deal with Houston.

A lot of signs that leads one to believe Keuchel is on a downward trend. I don't blame clubs for not wanting to go beyond 3 years (and less money than he evidently believes he's worth). I think there are a lot of clubs that would take a chance on him - maybe 3 years, but probabyl in the $15-18M per season range.
