I would trade places with him but would accept a demotion to minors until (if) I got my swing back. I would also consider quitting after this year thus forfeiting remaining contract as i would not feel rigbt continuing to receive so much $ for such poor performance. He already has enouvh $ to live his life in luxury and could gain admiration of the public in doing this.
