Was Game of Thrones' ending satisfying?

I reckon most people who thought it was "good" or "OK" is either a casual viewer or is simply too nice and don't want to add to the fire. But really though you are only doing a disservice to yourself and to all other consumers of media out there. The writers and producers have clearly checked out and simply want to get out of this series. They simply DID. NOT. CARE anymore. And in the end they are free to do what they want, but for the sake of all future media and series we need to collectively let them know that there are consequences to these choices. Call a spade a spade and if it's bad don't defend it.

Everyone I have talked to has HATED the end. So many other possibilities. Bran being king is a joke he wasn’t in the shoe for over 3/4 of it. When he was under the tree I even forgot about him. The only worse thing would be Cersei or Sansa who is the bitch she started out being. After everything she went thru she was great right after acting normal then she swung right back to snooty b?tch. And Cersei should have died at arias hands. And Jamie should have stayed with Bryn. Why can’t after 8 years have a good ending. Danerys could have been pregnant and decided not to burn anything but the red keep that would have work and say 3 yrs forward and on the throne is a toe headed baby John picks up and kisses as Daenerys looks on. He could have talked her down from madness. And it was sooooo boring. They changed everyone’s personality to make this ending fit. I wasted this long for a stupid ending !! 2 years for these 6 episodes. It was truly horrible.
I’m sure others liked it but so far everyone I talked to feels about the same as we do. Bran and Tyrian should have been the hands to king John and queen danerys and the throne it’s self should have been burned just like it was and something should have been made with her baby dragon bones from the sea for the royal family. That would have been cool. The world needs happy endings! We are sick of sad endings it could have been a good ending!!!

I feel that Game of Thrones folk elected to try to hook me up for a sequel instead of bringing to conclusion all of the previous years of following, learning and understanding the environment and the characters! There were no hints and no substantiation for what happened. All of a sudden the unsullied had power to make decisions on punishment and rulings that negated any of the other proven characters or information supporting other characters. Out of the blue the writers seemed to go for let's just try to put something no viewer could even resolve or understand after waiting two years for the final season. Really? Well, from my perspective, I will NOT support in sequel that these guys put out because I am not a fan of soap-operat resolutions designed to just keep you going and going and going. In fact, I think the soap operas do a better job of this story progression. I have lost conficence and more importantly, TRUST in the writers to provide me with a truly incredible story. I can't believe that the author himself actually approved of this. You guys let me and my entire gang of friends and family down.
