I 100 percent agree that they should be deported. I am a non-citizen myself and most of us out here trying to do better in our lives but seeing these non citizen criminals coming to these countries without trying to do better for themselves is not acceptable. We are trying to live in an area where is safe. Privilege is both earned as well as given. We come here freely to have a better education, jobs and living. If they continue to do the worst and no improvement, send them back where they come from. There's so many opportunities out here and they are not trying to take advantage of but want to commit crimes. Sometimes things happen for a reason but overall its their choice that will ruin themselves.

Without a doubt, absolutely, no questions asked and immediately upon committing the crime.

I think they should be deported as soon as they mess up. Wasting tax payers money! Jails are full, so rapist and robbers are given freedom until hearing? Come on!

It makes much more fiscal sense to have the individual deported than to have the tax payer incure anymore financial burden after the offender is convicted. By holding them in DOC on Guam, the government is placing too much financial burden on a over burdened criminal system. It may be one case, but 1 case can add up to 100 cases. Let the offending person be sent back to his or her home island or country and then let their local government pay for the deportation fees and reimburse Guam's fiscal cost for processing a convicted citizen of their country to reduce the load on the citizens of Guam.

YES! As soon as they are found guilty, put them on a plane and quit wasting tax payer money on them!
