Some where somebody's wheels got greased...:( but with 2 major lawsuits involving OC transpo and 215 million dollar class action lawsuit from the taxi industry by law firm Conway the city dare not put themselves in line for another lawsuit like changing the plans for Chateau renovation or delaying SNL any longer. Just a point of view and opinion based on my observation ...one of the great unwashed.
