Coach Randy Sphincter needs to go. We all know the only reason he has the job is because he let's Big Ben do whatever he wants. To me that means Tomlin should go too. The Steelers are the only team in the NFL that seem like their coaches don't know how to make adjustments to what the opposition is doing and that goes for Coach Buttler too. You can say the Steelers had one of the better defenses, but it's about time with all the number 1 picks. To me the Steeler OC and DC should make their own version of the movie "Dumb and Dumber." Tomlin has had a franchise QB for all these years and only 2 Super Bowl appearances and a poor playoff record since their SB loss to Green Bay. If the Steelers don't come up with another franchise/HOF type QB we'll really see how long the streak of non-losing seasons last. I really have my doubts if Big Fat Ben can comeback. He may have to take his buddy Ramon Foster's place on the OL. That's how out of shape he looks and I'm not trying to be funny. I still can't believe they brought Foster back at all let alone for over 4 million a season and this was supposedly at Ben's insistence. Foster couldn't even run. UNBELIEVABLE!

Mike got it right. I remember one sports analyst saying as long as Tomlin stays the Steelers coach they will not see the playoffs again. I agree. They need to start all over again with a new head coach. Let the new coach bring new fresh ideas along with a new staff.
