Which strut we need to cross in jailed side branch during BFL interventions ?
Proximal cross is preferred
Distal cross always preferred
In DK crush its proximal , but distal cross in provisional stenting
It is a spot decision .Always decide it after Imaging
Strut entry doesn't really matter as long as flow is good and carina is stable
