What happens to FFR after a successful PCI & stenting ?
Slightly increase from baseline
Increase beyond .9 in all
We can never gaurentee a normal FFR after a PCI
FFR is nothing to do with epicardial flow, so it won't increase.
I am just begining to think .I never have a habit of doing FFR after PCI.
It may even reduce
