Dissection during PCI stenting is the default choice...While in spontaneous dissection stenting(SCAD) is forbidden, why ?
PCI induced dissection is lessser emergency
SCAD is benign , spontaneous healing is common
SCAD do require PCI if life threatening
SCAD is often associated unpredictable fragile coronary arterial wall , Stenting may worsen the situation.
