My wife does not come to a whole bunch of the stuff that we do in the youth ministry. It is not that she wants to, but we have a 20 month old daughter and she clings to her. So, I firmly believe that right now, her ministry is to be their for our daughter and she can join me later. But, my wife will be going with me to NYMC at the end of the week without our daughter. I just hope and pray that (1.) we won't miss her too much and (2.) my wife will be blessed and to know that she is not alone in this world of youth ministry.

My wife is my right hand in ministry, usually doing the paperwork, mailing's errands, etc..... Also is an amazing help with the young girls in my ministry, I do not know what I would do without her. If I had any volunteer like her she would not have to be in ministrry with me. Although even if she didn't have to be there she would (just asked her, I cheated). Good question though.
