I always brush before because when you sleep you have lots of things in your mouth so if you brush after you eat all of those bud stuff and then you can get sick so when you brush before breakfast all those bad stuff are gone and you wont be sick so thats why I brush my teeth BEFORE breakfast
Wow!!! What a dissappointment. He is a fantastic gulfer but must lack a lot of integrity and smarts. Did he really think he was the celebrity that Wouldn't get caught!!!! He should do everything possible to take care of his children now. The embarassment and pain he has caused them is immeasurable.

ok seriously, right when you wake up you have all that bacteria in your mouth. when your sleeping, less of your saliva flows, so bacteria in your mouth start working overtime. thats why you wake up with that nasty breath in the morning. so when your eating breakfast without brushing, your swallowing all that bacteria down your throat.

Brushing twice is over brushing for one.
You are also meant to wait a while after meals to brush your teeth as acid/germs needs time to be cleared by your saliva to keep your teeth strong..So trying to be "Logical" is probably causing you damage.
I brush before then twice at night as I usually have a snack a few hours after brushing.

well for startes.. it makes sense to brush first but i dont do that because the smell of my breath when i wake up is horrendous. so i usually brush before. but you can try brushing before and then after you eat, rinse your mouth with mouth wash. u dont have to brush twice and ur breath wont smell

even if u do brush before you have bacteria in your mouth always,even if you just swallow because its in your saliva also, what brushing does is remove it from your teeth and gums where its stuck as plaque, when you eat more is then in your mouth so will form again.hence swill mouth with water if you must, then eat then brush.

it hard to choose after or before because theres bacteria in your mouth when you wake up so it make you wanna brush your teeth but then if you brush before you eat then you have to brush it again after eating and also you food tastes really weird so what do you think is better?

i think its better to brush before because if your eating right after you get up from bed you have germs, bacteria in your mouth that your swallowing in every bite... and tons of it .... idk thts what i think anyway lol
