Like Nokia but some services are not working on the phone. Like java except anyone knows how to activate this on the phone.Most downloads are also not supported. Its becoming a regret already.
Love the look of the phone, seems very functional with a wide variety of pre loaded apps, just hope the Ovi store wont be too much of a rip off though. Does anyone know if BBCi will be pre loaded or if a device specific program will be available? It was the only advance on the N96 from the N95 8gb in the UK market, seems a shame to have that lovely screen and not making use of it.

5 megapixel camera is not suppicient. Need 8 megapixel camera. Others features is good.

I voted other. I currently have a N95 so most these features are covered. I am looking forward to the touch screen a qwerty keyboard yes but even more so I want the fm transmitter so I can play music on my car stereo which doesn't have an aux in.
The hardware is great, but the best feature is the S60 5th edition OS.
It's a shame that the Nokia N97 hasn't got the new 8MP Carl Zeiss, because that would make stand out even more, since everyone already has a 5MP in there N95.
Tv out function, fast CPU and RAM therefore being able to run every single application available and never having memory low alert. N95 was a disappointment but N95 8GB was the greatest phone ever built! only difference is RAM! Faster camera start up and focus!
the n97 looks like what the i phone wished it was. the i phone is a phone that wants to be a pc. kinda of like the apple mac. they just cant stop making things that are "wana be's". It has everything, smooth looks, as long as it is available in something other than white! Universally accepted keyboard system, huge memory, wifi, bluetooth. And the best thing about the n97 is my contract runs out in June.....Awsome. Roll on summer. Who cares if summer is hot, you got the n97....thats hot!
N97 would be an amazing device and the combination of qwerty keyboard and the large touchscreen is an amazing joint-venture!
